The purpose of this two day event is to honor Dr. Virginia Saba’s contribution to Nursing Terminology, to honor the National Library of Medicine for their role in Terminology Harmonization, to look at the impact of Nursing Terminology on the Quality and Outcomes of Care in Acute Care and Population Health, and to consider future needs of continued monitoring of terminology to track innovations in Disruptive Healthcare Environments of the Future.

The NIH is planning a major overhaul of research data management policies that will profoundly impact federally funded research laboratories nationwide. This virtual workshop will explore the motivating factors and emerging requirements to assist researchers in not just meeting the new standards but succeeding in research data management.
